Drop Off/Pick Up

After you sign up to consign, please log in and pick a drop off date and time!

 

TWO DROP OFF DATES THIS SALE:

 

SATURDAY April 14 (9:00 am – 7:00 pm)

SUNDAY April 15 (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)

Please bring your CONSIGNOR INVENTORY SHEET

with you to your appointment!

$2 fee will apply if we have to print your inventory sheet at drop off.

 


This is a very important part of signing up as a consignor…we need to know when you’ll be dropping off your items!  After you sign up for a drop off date, please review the section on Preparing and Tagging your items.  This will help ensure that drop off is quick and easy!

When you come to drop off, please remember to bring a printed copy of your inventory sheet (by item number) to leave with us.  If you’d like a copy for your records, please print two copies. A $2 fee will apply if we have to print your inventory sheet at drop off.

**Special note:  If you are unable to pickup your items during the scheduled time for your consignor number, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE SOMEONE PICK UP FOR YOU. We will not be able to accomodate “special” pickup requests outside the scheduled times above.

Items that are marked ”no donate” and have not sold by the last day of the sale MUST BE PICKED UP on Sunday April 22nd. Please refer to the schedule posted above for the time you are to arrive at the Fairhouse for pickup.   Please be sure to come and pick up your items if you indicated that you would do so.  Consignors who fail to come for their items will be charged a $25 fee.

All items marked “donate,” or any items that have not been picked up by 5:00 pm on Sunday will be donated immediately to charity.
